There are times when we are not able to form healthy relationships. We have lost our sense of self-worth, looking within ourselves or those close to us for answers. We become frustrated, anxious and depressed when we cannot find clarity. At this moment it may be wise to look for a psychotherapist who can provide a safe space within a clinical setting. Together, my clients and I create a trusting and supportive environment where I provide needed guidance in working through anxiety and depression. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
Within the artistic community, I focus on how a patient’s creativity can assist organically in coping with anxiety and depression. I also have over 30 years of experience in career counseling, discovering what may be blocking upward mobility and how to better function in the workplace.
I successfully create a safe and comforting environment where patients better understand trauma and loss through self-discovery, new insights, and understanding that may have a spiritual component as an additional support system, not focusing on religion: but finding your own individual spiritual guidance as a part of an organic process of healing.
